The Store ships physical pet products with tracked delivery whenever tracking is available. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, high-volume periods, or when additional order verification is required.
Shipping options
- Standard Delivery: $8.00 for orders from $0.00 to $69.99.
- Free Shipping: $0.00 for orders of $70.00 or more.
- Expedited Delivery: $15.00 when available at checkout.
Estimated delivery time
- Standard Delivery: 8–18 business days after processing.
- Expedited Delivery: 4–10 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, or other events outside the Store's control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after the order ships. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after a label is created.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. The Store is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
